3 Layer Pipes General Introduction:
3 Layer Pipes are becoming more and more popular among different pipe manufactures. It can use raw material from Recycled, which realized the sustain development and enviroment protection, another most important reason is it can reduce production cost than by using 100 percent virgin materail. And the production machine is interested by most customer in recently years. It is estimated PE pipe production line will have a potential huge market in plastic machinery. This PE pipe used widely. i.e. water supply and drainage,liquid gas and oil transportation,sewage and builing industry.
Production Line Advantages:
The extruder is high efficiency designed for PE pipe, equipped with reducer which is high speed and low noise. Composite spiral extrusion die head assures that melting pressure and flux are uniformity and the surface of pipe is lubricity.
Adopting vacuum calibrating and spray cooling water tanks, accurate calibration, fast cooling. The water tank is made from stainless steel. Traction Unit is two/multi caterpillars with speed adjusted by inverters. Cutting Machine using Non-Dust Cutting Saws. It can cut very large diameter and thick wall pipe.
Before dilivery, our workers will be carefully pack the whole set machine to promise safely arriving to customer's workshop.
Cling film packing/ Buble film packing/ steel box tray/ oil process(against crutst)/ wooden case package/ fixed in container
We will test the machine in workshop, and invitate you to test againbefore delivery.
We promise our engineer available when the machine arrives to your workshop to help the installation and test.
After installation and test finished, engineer can teaching your workers as your request.
