HSJZ-65/132 PVC Pipe Making Machine is mainly composed of HSJZ-65/132 Twin screw extruder, hopper dryer, mould, vacuum sizing tank, cooling device, haul-off, stack, etc. By this machine, which can be used for making PVC Conduits, C-PVC Plumbings, PVC-U Sewage Pipes etc.
What is C-PVC?
CPVC resin is produced by chlorination modification of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin. It is a new type of engineering plastic with excellent performance and broad application prospects. It's softening temperature is increased from 72-82℃ to 100-125℃, the maximum use temperature can reach 110℃, and the long-term use temperature can reach above 95℃.
So C-PVC Resin can be widely used into making Plumbings Pipe, that is not only for cold water supply, also works excellent with HOT Water, max. 95-125℃.
