This PVC Conduit Pipe Making Machine are higher efficiency designed into 4 cavities. which can manufacture 4 pipes from one mould. The whole production line consists of Extruder, Mould, Cooling Water Tank, Traction and Cutter, and Stacker, or if needed, a socket machine.

PARAMETER SHEET

The extruder model adopts HSJZ-65/132, installed with 37kw driving motor, which can guarantee 150-250kg/h output ability. For the pipe size, ranges from diameter 16-63mm, our company supply different solutions to cater different customer situation, please refer to the following sheet.

Cooling Water Tank

For the cooling water tank, we design it into two sections. The first section is Vacuum Chamber, with 2.2kw water pump. Each vacuum room is separately controlled. And for the second section, that is 3.5m long immerse tank.

Traction Machine adopts separate adjusting system, so that we can adjust each cavity speed separately. Cutting Machine adopts blade cutting, can realize high speed cutting.
